HWTS can provide complete review of the present maintenance program and provide guidelines to streamline the work effort. The overall cost of the program can be justified by lower operation and maintenance expenses. The added benefit is that an outage or turnaround can proceed as scheduled with minimal amount of delays.

Review of Maintenance History

We will perform a detailed review of the equipment's previous service history and look for trends that may indicate sources of future problems. The maintenance manuals would also be updated.

Electronic Bills of Material

Establishing as installed configuration, based on history and as built condition. List recommended spare parts, based on number of units and similarity to other parts. In addition, we would also update part numbers and product changes that would affect the installed equipment.

Computerized Maintenance Program

A state of the art program will be used to develop a management system that manages spare part inventories, work orders and other maintenance tasks.
